Shipping
Shipping is free on every order. Orders are packed and handed to our delivery partner within 1–2 business days of being placed (orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next business day). You'll get an email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch and may be longer during sales, festivals or bad weather.
Returns
Not the right fit or not what you expected? You can return most items within 7 days of delivery, as long as they're unused, unwashed and have their original tags and packaging.

Request a return
Within 7 days of delivery, contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to return.

Pack the item
Pack it in its original packaging with all tags and accessories attached.

Pickup
Our delivery partner picks it up from your address, usually within 2–3 business days.

Refund
Once the item passes a quality check, your refund is started within 2 business days.
Refunds
- Online payments are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the refund being started.
- Cash on Delivery orders are refunded to your bank account or UPI ID, which we'll ask for when you request the return.
- If you used a coupon, the refund is for the amount you actually paid.
Exchanges
Need a different size or colour? Request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. We'll pick up the original item and ship the replacement free of charge, subject to availability. If the item you want is out of stock, we'll refund you instead.
Items that can't be returned
- Innerwear, lingerie, socks and swimwear
- Beauty, personal care and fragrance products once opened
- Items marked “Final sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page
- Gift cards
- Items that are used, washed, damaged or missing their tags
Frequently asked questions
How do I track my order?
Open My Orders in your account to see the latest status of every order. We'll also email you when your order ships.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Yes, as long as the order hasn't shipped. Contact us with your order number and the new address as soon as possible.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel any order before it ships. Online payments for cancelled orders are refunded in full to the original payment method.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We currently deliver to addresses within India only.
